“The set or angle of the aeroplanes will be
altered and controlled by levers which will
regulate the force of compressed air which
actuates them in order to deflect the aeroplanes
so as to incline or steer a circular course with-
out shifting the position of the ballast or aero-
naut. The tail or rudder will likewise be low-
ered or raised by means of compressed air con-
trolled levers.
